What is Gloria?
Gloria is a private social platform built specifically for senior living communities. Staff can share photos, updates, announcements, newsletters, and events with families in one simple app.
Who is Gloria for?
Gloria is built for senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, and the families of their residents.
How does Gloria work?
Staff share updates from the staff app, families see them in their private feed, and administrators manage accounts, permissions, and community content from the admin portal.
How is Gloria charged?
Gloria is billed monthly based on the highest number of active residents during that month.
What if we move to a different pricing tier?
Your monthly rate automatically adjusts based on the number of active residents in Gloria.
Is there a setup or cancellation fee?
No. Onboarding and account setup are included, and you can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a limit to the number of staff or family members?
Family members are unlimited. The number of staff accounts cannot exceed the number of residents active in Gloria.
Is there a difference between the pricing tiers?
No. All pricing tiers include the same features. We may introduce optional features in the future.
Is there a minimum resident requirement?
Yes, we bill for a minimum of 25 residents.
Does Gloria replace our existing software?
Gloria is focused on family engagement and community communication. It can be used alongside the other software your community already relies on.
